Refund & Returns Policy
At the Network Gathering, we’re committed to offering merchandise that reflects the values of Scouting – trust, care, and respect. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Most merchandise is supplied via our partner One Stop Scouting, and their returns/refund policy applies to all orders placed with ourselves – this can be viewed HERE. However, returns and refund requests should be made directly to us. We’ll liaise with One Stop Scouting on your behalf to try and resolve the issue.
In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- Personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Once a refund is approved and received from One Stop Scouting, we will pass this refund on to you.
Our team is made up entirely of volunteers, working hard to make the Gathering a success. We’ll do our best to respond quickly and support everyone involved – thank you for your patience and understanding.
